REFUND POLICY

Thank you for purchasing from ArtHeroes (https://artheroes.mrnunez.com/). We take pride in delivering high-quality educational content and digital products. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

DIGITAL COURSES

All course purchases are final. Because our courses are digital products that grant you immediate and lifetime access to pre-recorded video lessons, downloadable files, and community resources, we generally do not offer refunds once access has been delivered.

We understand that circumstances vary. If you experience a genuine issue, such as a technical problem that prevents you from accessing course content, or if you were charged in error, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at marlon@mrnunez.com and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.

Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for consideration, you must:

  • Contact us within 14 days of the original purchase date
  • Provide your order number and a description of the issue
  • Not have completed or downloaded a significant portion of the course content

We reserve the right to decline refund requests if substantial course content has already been accessed or downloaded.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS (Brushes, Materials, Resource Packs)

All sales of digital products — including ZBrush brushes, material bundles, texture packs, and other downloadable resources — are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital downloads, once the product has been delivered, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

If you experience a technical issue with a digital product (such as a corrupted file or download error), please contact us at marlon@mrnunez.com and we will provide a replacement or assist you in resolving the issue.

FREE PRODUCTS

Products listed at $0.00 are free and do not require a refund.

CHARGEBACKS

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in the suspension of your account and loss of access to all purchased courses and community resources.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, please email us at marlon@mrnunez.com with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.
