RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for purchasing from ArtHeroes (https://artheroes.mrnunez.com/). We take pride in delivering high-quality educational content and digital products. Please read this Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

DIGITAL COURSES

All course purchases are generally final. Because our courses are digital products that provide immediate access to pre-recorded video lessons, downloadable files, and community resources, we generally do not accept returns or issue refunds once access has been delivered.

However, if you experience a genuine issue, such as a technical problem that prevents you from accessing the course content, or if you were charged in error, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at artheroes@mrnunez.com and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.

Return and refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for consideration, you must:

  • Contact us within 14 days of the original purchase date

  • Provide your order number and a description of the issue

  • Not have completed or downloaded a significant portion of the course content

We reserve the right to decline return or refund requests if substantial course content has already been accessed or downloaded.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Brushes, Materials, Resource Packs and Other Downloads

For digital products such as ZBrush brushes, material bundles, texture packs, resource packs, and other downloadable products, we accept returns and refund requests within 24 hours (1 day) of purchase.

To request a return or refund, you must contact us within 24 hours of your purchase at artheroes@mrnunez.com.

Due to the digital nature of these products, there is no physical product to return. Instead, the return is processed as a refund of the original purchase where the request is eligible under this policy.

Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately, return and refund requests may be declined if the product has been substantially downloaded, used, copied, or distributed.

If you experience a technical issue with a digital product, such as a corrupted file, missing files, or a download error, please contact us at artheroes@mrnunez.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue or provide a replacement where appropriate.

FREE PRODUCTS

Products listed at $0.00 are provided free of charge. There is no purchase price to return or refund for free products.

CHARGEBACKS

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving return and refund issues fairly and promptly.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in the suspension of your account and loss of access to purchased courses, digital products, and community resources.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR REFUND

To request a return or refund, please email us at artheroes@mrnunez.com with the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Date of purchase

  • Product purchased

  • Reason for the return or refund request

For digital products, return and refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

For digital courses, return and refund requests must generally be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

We aim to respond to all return and refund requests within 5 business days.
