Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using https://artheroes.mrnunez.com/ (the "Site") operated by ArtHeroes / MrNunez ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using our Site, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our Site or services.
- OVERVIEW
ArtHeroes is an online 3D character art academy operated by Marlon R. Nuñez (MrNunez). We sell digital courses, digital products (such as ZBrush brushes and material packs), and provide access to an online learning community. Our Site is hosted on Shopify Inc. and is subject to Shopify's own Terms of Service.
- ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 16 years of age to use our Site and purchase our products. By using our Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
- ACCOUNT
When you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
- PRODUCTS AND COURSES
All courses sold on ArtHeroes are digital products delivered electronically. Upon purchase, you receive lifetime access to the course content, including pre-recorded video lessons, downloadable project files, and access to the ArtHeroes Discord community (where applicable).
Course content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, resell, share, upload, or make available any course content — including videos, project files, brushes, textures, or other materials — to any third party, in whole or in part, by any means.
Digital products (such as ZBrush brushes, material bundles, and resource packs) are delivered as downloadable files. Once purchased and downloaded, they are licensed for your personal and professional use in your own projects. You may not redistribute, resell, or share the original product files.
- PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been completed.
Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and/or third-party payment processors (such as Stripe, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay). We do not store your full payment information on our servers.
- REFUNDS

- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our Site — including but not limited to course videos, images, text, graphics, logos, brushes, materials, project files, and other digital assets — is the intellectual property of ArtHeroes and/or Marlon R. Nuñez and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from our Site without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by these Terms (such as using purchased brushes and materials in your own artwork projects).
Student artwork created using techniques learned in our courses belongs to the student. We may, with your permission, feature student work on our website, social media, or marketing materials with appropriate credit.
- COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
If you participate in the ArtHeroes Discord community or any other community space provided by us, you agree to:
- Treat all members with respect and professionalism
- Not share or redistribute any paid course content, videos, or project files
- Not engage in harassment, hate speech, spam, or any form of abusive behavior
- Not promote competing products or services without permission
- Follow all applicable Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
We reserve the right to remove members from the community and revoke access at our discretion for violations of these guidelines.
- DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Our Site, courses, and digital products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our courses will produce specific career outcomes, job placements, or income results. Individual results depend on many factors including your effort, skill level, and market conditions.
While our courses teach production-ready workflows used in the VFX and games industry, completion of a course does not guarantee employment or professional success.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ArtHeroes, MrNunez, and their affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Site, courses, or digital products.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites and services, including YouTube, Discord, ArtStation, Instagram, LinkedIn, Digito (https://digito.ai/), and software vendor sites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
- GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
